认缴新增注册资本 230.77 万元，溢价出资 2,769.23 万元计入资本公积，资金用于研发投入与量产建设。RMB 2.3077 million of new registered capital subscribed, with RMB 27.6923 million premium paid into capital reserves — funding R&D and capacity build-out.
